alexkusu, one of it is a coelacant, a previously thought extinct species which lived during the dinosaus era......
the rest seems to be some kind of new pufferfish species, the dark black creatre with a disgusting face is a type of deep sea fish...the last one is a known crab ..The one which is worrying is the first pic, it looks like a baby loch ness monster.
iit woill be useful if u can provide any links to where u got the pics from.... -

the 1st 3 fish are different species of chimera.. the first one is a long-nosed chimera.. the 2nd, not so sure.. the 3rd is pretty common...
the ugly huge-mouthed fish is probably a monkfish (supposedly yummy.. tastes like lobster)
the 4th i would think is also a monkfish..
the 5th is a deep-sea gulper eel
the crab is probably a species of spider crab.. -
uhh.. the Coelacanth looks like this:
it's like a living fossil and the first one which sparked off a sensation was about 5 feet long

the cucumber fish looks like it's perpetually startled
and the coffin fish has the same shape as a monkfish
but the monkfish (aka allmouth or goose fish) is HUGE

sadly, it's an endangered species due to the proliferation of a predatory starfish which eats the stuff which the handfish lays its eggs on.. -

this is indeed a nice topic to discuss about... ok.. in my opinion.. some of the fishes may have been deep sea fishes.. extremely deep like the marianas trench etc. disturbed by sometimes underwater earthquakes etc.. they are forced to move and might then stumble across shallower waters.. and then risk getting caught by humans.. as we know.. not all parts of the world are explored yet.. and most of them are the deep parts of the ocean where no one has ventured to.. so i think through evolution and etc.. the weird looking species appearing were just not discovered before

last time I watch a documentary about deep sea creature .. all the creature down there are so unique .... never see before
