Married good friend interested in a girl I'm serious about..

I have a very good friend (like brother like that) who is married. Recently, both of us got to know a girl at the same time. The girl is very nice, single and avail.
But both my friend and I interested in her. I am single and has been in and out of a few painful relationships - and my good friend knows that.
Despite knowing that I am interested in the girl, single, serious about relationships, and the fact that he is already married, he still wants to 'tackle' the girl. I know he wants it for the thrill, and perhaps, bed the girl.
I feel like telling my friend that: "Look bro, your single bro is interested and you are married. Please don do this." But I don know how to tell him. In fact, I don think I'll ever tell him that cos his friendship is very important to me. I also don't want to sabo him by telling the girl that he's married. Ironic, isn't it?
Ya I know that even without my friend in the picture, not necessarily I'll be successful with the girl. But at least...

If I were you I would talk to this friend honestly. I believe your friend (if really he treats you as a friend) will back out for you.

think about it -
tell him to know his place and position. he's married and he should steer clear of other girls. this shows that he's irresponsible and is probably a cheat (or is one already).
friendship aside, think about his wife; where does she stand?
u should re evaluate ur friendship with him over this incident. is he worthy to be a good brother? it's up to you.
lastly, love is selfish, be a charitable person and u end up with nothing. -

Seems like I witnessed a similar situation (minus the married).
Had this friend R, famous in NUT for sleeping ard... He shifted out of hall 3 to hall 11 to escape the gossips...
Both he and my other friend G liked a certain gal. R goes to bed with a diff gal every weekend and he knows that he can get any gal he likes. Yet when he found out G likes the same gal, he refused to back away and let G get the gal... R gave some bullsh!t about a fair competition and gentlemanly fight for the gal.
R then promptly when around bad mouthing G (eg, calling him a dog peeing on the gal to mark his territory etc).
With this kind of "Brudder", who needs enemies?
