This country is full of such crappy employers....Pay u peanuts salary like in the 80s..retrench u suka suka.....To hell with them! .....say u need expereince when u waste 2 years in NS, why is it not considered working expereince?.....

I got 2 friends who graduated from NUS at the same time, with the same class of honours.. and one got quite a good job with a rather decent pay.. while the other's been unemployed for a ever since then....
That unemployed friend of mine...has a f**ked up attitude... been through more than 10 interviews.. but never got shortlisted...and he's blaming the whole world.. the govt.. the people.. and almost everything around him other than himself.. -

Employee cohesion & integration into community is a must in any organisation.
Who would want to employ someone who will affect their company operations because of :
1) Inability to dress appropriately for different occasions. (Meeting clients etc)
2) Repulsive ugliness (Affect clients who are discriminating)
3) Repulsive behaviour (Dig nose in public, no need to explain that)
4) Unacceptable work attitude
5) Unacceptable personality (Clashes with people easily)
For any equations involving humans, there's always endless amount of variables. Balance is important! -

Dont look any further...during your school days i am sure there is some bespectacled nerd in your class able to fit that description who happened to got into RJC and graduated with national level grades eventually getting an award from the president.......Dont they go on to make it big in life? Wont Bill gates want to hire such persons even though they have that description( no offense) for his next iteration of Windows platform?.like wise the same slackers in that class some of them at least who sit at the kopitiam chap kui make it big too later
even though i need to stress that the moral or ethical conduct/ideals of such persons are a different matter out of scope in this discussion
This is a hypocritical world which sets rules and stndards but changes them time to time when the situation favours them most...
