Are lecturers considered elites?

  pple study so much, do so much research to improve our standard of living, and now u want to complain abt university fees and how much they earn... why nobody complain abt banks giving out so little interest even after the economy is recovering slowly, and why are there still so many pple willing to sign up for and use their credit cards?? in comparison with banks, do u not think the amt we pay the P's and A/Ps are more or less justifiable?

  lecturers are not really considered elites....but they are the ones providing their knowledge of the course to teach us....

  Lecturers are just facillitators in education. They are there just to aid you and pass on their knowledge. They can be considered elites in their respective field but its no point if they are such ass n jerks n cant communicate the knowledge.

  how do you define an elite?
  
  by schools he graduated from? qualifications? salary? social standing?
  
  think it's not very healthy for us to be too elitist as a society.

  i heard poly lecturers have shit pay. That's what I heard from some of them.
