all the polys are non smoking area(although students hide somewhere and smoke), tat's why as soon as they get out of the area, all start to smoke together. And smokers got this habbit of smoking when waiting for something, no matter waiting for bus, taxi, frens, etc. as along as they are allow to smoke where they are waiting. -
