looking for room rental in the east

I need to find 1 room flat for rental in the east such as tampines, kallang etc.
Other than newspaper classifieds section, where to get infor online?
The price of course, be as low as possible, maybe < $200 per month?
any help from here?

HDB 1 room are rented from HDB and only allowed to certain groups based on some "rules"
I believe these units cannot be rented out (but some people break the law) and will be penalised if caught. Yes, I've never seen 1 room in Tampines area. Besides, the rent offered <200. Escuse me! Might as well as the person let you stay for free. Next, how about utilities? You pay or the landlord pay? Furnished or not furnished? Even if rent you, the landlord can kick you out if you mess up the place and neighbours complain. But for that price offered, even no agent, no landlord would want to give up the whole unit for that low a price. With agent, everyone will tell you market rate is about 300 ++ for a room at least and its all dependent on circumstances ie more computer, TV, or the tenant waste water. Then the charge will be high.
If cannot afford to move out from family, don't bother. You can't afford it and you will just run up debts. If a tenant owes me money, I can based on my contract and receipts haul the person to the police. -

Your gandma will qualify. rent direct from HDB. Don't be stupid and go through all theses commercial ones. These are rented because ppl like me cannot qualify the stupid rules HDB has and I have to pay extra overheads and high premiums for a roof. -
