Guai Lan Salespeople

i went suntec to buy digicam just now, went to dat courts. wah uncle sibei guai lan, talk to him like dun wanna listen. ask him one question like muz ask twice de. i use same tone and volume at the red army watch shop in marina walk, or any other branded shops.. oso no problem.
den i walked to harvey norman, same thing. ask him i wanna take a look at that cam, he sharply shot back "which one!?" like got grudge with me. sibei attitude tone. i so took the cam, and land it with a thud on the glass surface before walking off. his face at that moment really priceless.
yesterday i went sony in funan oso like dun wanna serve me like dat. but the guy in courts there super nice, my friend buying laptop, he had to explained this and that until siao oso never show face. i wld buy it there if not they couldn't give any sort of promotions, not even a memory card which sony shop gave.
i think i buy straight from website or sony better. buay tahan those attitude uncles. anyone else kana attitude sales in major stores?
i always kana one, especially in those stores. dunnoe why, usually from uncles or aunties or young ladies. -

Guai lan service is uniquely Singapore.
I've also encountered my fair share of very bad service and very bad supervisor attitude at 2 places:
(1) Gramaphone at Capitol
Asked the supervisor when a particular album would be released in Singapore and he just said "No idea" and walked off.
(2) Sakae Sushi above Borders
Friend placed an order for a dish, waiter wrote wrongly and they delivered wrong dish. Told the waiter and he gave me that "go out and fight" look and shoved me the order sheet and said "This is your order. Look." Wrote a feedback form with my email address and the bloody management didn't even reply!! Wonder what they put the Feedback Box at the counter for!!
I had similar bad service at Sakae Sushi at Hougang Heartland Mall and since then swore I'll never go back there. -

Most sales poeple think that most customers are just looking out for the price and are not really buying anything.
Yes that isn't an excuse but this is the state of the industry nowadays. People dun provide a service. They just do a JOB.
I have similar service at SIM LIM SQUARE's Sony shop. The lady didn't try to explain anything to me. (Then again it's a good thing i already did my research)
