Anyone drinks RedBull?
Last time never drink, until army time got once i forgot wat actvities.. think some long fast marches or wat.. we were given redbull to drink... i duno..but think it is really useful to give u energy.. thus nowadays i kept some i case i needed a dose of energy.. but heard that cant drink too much also.
Definitely cant be taken like soft drink or wat. Any idea what RedBull consist of? I think its much better than drinking 100plis or other isotonic drinks -
taking too much is bad for health.

dun drink it during marches unless u can drink water -

I think Red Bull contains Glucose...easily and readily absorbed into the bloodstream of the body.

Redbull contains tons of caffein and sugar, thats why you feel that rush when you drink it -
Drank red bull during my O levels days..
Drink one can before the day of the paper..to keep me awake, burn midnight oil. Very strong lor..Rem got once I fell sick and went to see doc. He got a shock when he measured my BP. Shot up very high wor..then he said muz be too many nights of burning midnight oil. I din tell him I drank RedBull. Haha -

drinking redbull macham like drinking steriods iddat... i dunno, i heard it may impair your, ahem, ability to procreate, maybe... better safe than sorry...

dont drink it too much.. it can be deadly...
i got a friend's uncle (40s) had some exercise and drink redbull (either 2-3) bottles... Died...
for me.. i sometimes drink it but can feel my heart beat faster -
i used to drink 2 cans a day, that was like 2 years ago.
it was until one of my buddies showed me an article on how 2 people died after drinking too much redbull after doing some exercise or vigorous activities.
since then i stopped. now i've moved on to 100 plus, a bottle a day. -

should have drink it during my training last week. was like having alcoholic drinks every nites, then slept for bout 3-4 hrs wake up training again. Falling aslp during training..tired coffee but din work thou...

you drink redbull about 2 hrs before your strenous activities to allow the glucose to be absorbed into the blood stream. top it off with lotsa water it will be okay.
but i think you are not supposed to drink it immediately after your workout or wateva. if you think you must wait till your body cool down and probably a can will do
and where do you get a bottle of redbull for 100 bucks???
