i drink on average a can a day, really keeps u up at nite.
havent encountered any side effects for it, can say its one of my fav drinks, think works well to cure hangover too, i've nv gotten a hangover ever drinking vodka redbull! -

For me i only drink when i'm getting tired but need to do work... keep me energetic abut.. Normal days i dun drink it. -

Think it could be the addictive contents within it... And seems like just like drugs.. You require a higher dose of it for it to be effective as before if you consume too much of it too often

U guys watched Channel News Asia? It says RedBull is banned in France and Malaysia.
Don't drink it too often. Coz it has so much stimulants.....Taurine, B-Complex, etc, caffeine, all are put inside to stimulate ur metabolism.
I used to drink RedBull almost daily. I didn't know what's inside, but felt like 'awake' . I didn't think much whether it was harmful or not. I didn't even know it's an energy drink. Until one day, when I didn't drink, I started to feel soooooo weak......I think it lasted for more than a week, can't really remember.
Dunno what's the effect on health if u consume regularly, but I know definitely u'll have dependancy (sudden stop will cause withdrawal symptoms, like me), and tolerance (after some time need more).
My friend who's a bodybuilder said too much Taurine is not good. I don't remember exactly why, but I think he knows since he's one of those serious bodybuilders who read alot on these stuff. He said Taurine is used for bodybuilding too. -
izzit taurine used for some baby milk powder or something?
