Do females make good bosses?

My manager is a female.. abt early 30s..
Very sarcastic type...
always say things like," u mean u degree holder, dunno how to do this?"
or "huh? how come grads nowadays so low standard"...
things like that..
and very temperamental... always change mood easily..
I cannot tahan her already.. goin to quit..
Therefore, my conclusion is most female make lousy bosses..

it's not the sex of the boss. it;s the boss itself.
whether they suck or not depends on the person, not sex... -

Woman boss are very gei kiang and most of them not too smart.
ie. trying to hard to tbe smart and turn out to be gei kiang.
One perfect example is the Executive Director of the money losing attraction in Singapore. Whole world hates her like mad. -
So far worked under 3 female bosses. First one very manipulative, always in control, nice to those she like, mean to those she dont like, make things happen to her favour. Second one, always jumping to conclusions and very fixed minded, once she has a certain opinion will not listen objectively, always doing things in overkill manner, nearly died under her. Now third one, very pushy and like to take upon everything herself, kind of 1 track in thinking too. Compared to the male bosses I've worked with, I'll rather work under a male boss anytime.

my former GM was 'a' levels only, promoted from sales engineer to GM in 3 years. unbelievable!!!
these are the things she did:
cries during meeting.
banged the table and shouted then apologised later for her behaviour.
commented i was in comfort zone for too long.
asked if i saw my work as a job or a career.
said 'my english is not as good as yours. you may go back to your work' when her accusation was going nowhere.
during her tenure she sacked an officer boy, product manager and warehouse supervisor. about 7 others resigned.
a farking mad dog. worst thing was we have been working together for 5 years before her sudden rise to power.
i left the company after 9 years. because of her i have very low opinion of local managers. -

No, I've have worked for both male & female bosses, still prefer male.
They are less emotional, not so fickle & petty.
They are more understanding esp. towards married workers. -

i dont agree. some bosses can be really unbearable, especially when she is out to get you.
that was why i quitted my job. switched from one kind of stress to another.
