Do females make good bosses?

  My friend who was once upon a time her favourite staff, now resigned. She not happy and got very personal about it. Organised dept dinner, told the staff not to invite my friend. She has totally forgotten that my friend, all these while, has achieved so much for her to boast at the Board Meeting.

  I like male bosses. They talk straight to the point one. Not po po ma ma.
  If crisis happens, they will usually point out what's wrong and then move on.
  
  Female boss will want to lecture lah, talk lah... few days later still at it.

  Given a choice, i still prefer male boss... cos my female manager now is really killing me!
