Another NSF died

Anyway from wat i know, every year different units will compete against each other for the best unit of the year award. Ippt grade is one of the major criteria. Hence all the officers will wanna get their men to get very good ippt grade, hence many nsf will ask to run n run in order for the unit to get the best n highest point for the working yaer. As a result, the poor nsf will be like working for the oc n co of the unit. After tat, unit get the award only the co n oc get the recognition n facilitate in the promotion for the near future while the nsf will be cast aside. This type of point system n competion cause a lot of poor nsf to suffer n totally lose the purpose of serving the country, its like a number game going on n on, n licking balls game on n on among regulars... Then later the CO happen to come that day for run and i realise why that idiot talk that way...Sekali the poor fat guy collapse becos he never kena 5 clique before and he newly posted in..guessed wat all they call the bo chap medic who look like blur sotong like know how to eat and sleep only and just rush him to medical centre.... -
I had a friend whos a regular...he reported sick for fever and backache at around 8:30am... he had to wait at the medical center for nearly 3+hrs... saw the MO would didn't really care... at around 12noon it was lunch time and the medics told him to come back at 2pm to collect his bloody "STATUS" aka MC.
He simply could not take it anymore as he was really suffering and he just left the camp after informing his WO who was understanding enough. He reported sick outside and was at once identified by the Doctor for suspected Dengue Fever...through his symptoms. That night his Fever shot up over 40 degrees... and was warded to TTSH. So much for reporting sick in camp. Some MOs are also rather cocky and always treat the patients like lesser beings and would at times have the perception that the soldiers are malingering...
Too much complacency... i donÂ’t blame them at times... it's the culture of the SAF... Operationally ready?.. more like operational nightmare... -

sometiem they promise off for passing this and that but is it oworth risking yr life to get 1 day off? 1 day is all u need to go heaven -

Once i waited for mo for 2 hours plus as i'm having dirreahoe, the fuc king mo in the room do nothing at all, chatting with those sissy nsf medic, drink coffee, read straits time. I'm totally fustrated at tat scene, our country use so much tax payer money to pay the so call doctor a few thousands a mths juz to chit chat, tok cock in the medical center?? Wat abt those patients outside waiting for him? -

And their MO is the biggest C>K of all.......had to report at 8 but come at 10..Had u seen the medic do duty like blur sotong? when activate they sleeping in medical center say ...ahh.ok ok wad u want...can wait hor..i coming now" like no 1 real sotong..

I used to b fed up with the medical centre really a slacker service....
The MO just come and say hi hi to medic and sit there read newspaper, drink coffee and then comes out and sing sotong song with medic
Then sometimes got patient waiting to see him, just bo chap read his newspaper first or go canteen break with his medic kaki...wad kind of doctor is this? is this why he take thousands dollar pay every month?

Had some bad experience with MO and medics but also had some good experience with some MO and medics (got the "most proper" treatment).....
It's all heng suay lah....lucky my 2.3333.... years of full time NSF finish already.....
Now, I can only pray all my ICTs no problem....
