  I like half-boiled eggs. Like the kopitiam style. Then eat with black sauce and pepper. And I like the egg white better...

  omelette is a western dish mah, like in hotels' breakfast spread they always give you omelette or sunny side up, then bacon, and orange juice etc.

  me just had my eggs, yum. but actually i only like the egg white, i'll always wash the yolk down with tea but in tonight's case it was milo. dun wan to drink tea at night. and the yolk musn't be broken...

  oh yah.. i like this version of it too..
  
  mixed with a bit of water, beaten thoroughly, and steamed.. then steamed minced pork with chye por, tang chye and dark soy sauce is added to the top..
