  I like steamed eggs
  
  Hard boiled one also nice...omelette as well, especially those with ham and mushroom inside. I like sunny side up, but I will cut around the yolk cos I don't eat yolk

  I love eggs. Like to eat the kopitiam style too. 1/2 boiled, add pepper, dark soy-sauce & dip with roti! Yummy~

  looks delicious! generous serving of mushroom..
  I also see oso some white chunks in the pic.. what isit ah? chicken?

  what you see are all mushroom, the red parts are tomato. no other ingredients.

  all forms of egg dishes...egg with otah, prawn, lum cheong, radish or onion from afternoon ...morning scrambled, with tomato or kopi tiam style...ahhh...chicken...

  i like mine in an omelette with ham and mushroom..abit of lecttue and tomato ketchup would be good or mac scramble egg would be cool too..yea i'm hungry..

  Usually I would use those canned mushrooms but today I ran out of those, so I used preserved Chinese mushrooms
