yeah training on dumbell+ pull ups but pull ups less cause pull up bar is far from my house....it works..trust me especially for those who r embarrassed to go gym or not convinent to go gym.. but dumbell must be heavy, for me i m using 12kg++ weights now... u must use heavy weights... not those 5-6kg dumbells.... another thing about dumbells r not only they help u in pull ups, they give u a very nice muscluar tone on yr armsOriginally posted by WoShiNoobie:You relied solely on dumbbells?
