  my download speed when i was in 256 was capped at 30kb/s, now is ard 58kb/s so i can say they indeed 'free' upgrade me from 256 -> 512

  Hmm, been using Singnet BB 512k for 2 years now. Not a single problem. Websites load very fast. Downloading time also very good. I don't use the modem they give me though. Bought a router and another modem, and modify the connection abit. And taaddaaaaa, got myself a good connection. By the way, my contract end last month. I'm still using it now? How come ah ? HEHEhehe
