What are the best jobs to take up if I want to migrate overseas, say to Australia or US?
Will taking up an auditor job help? -
erm well auditors are needed almost everywhere.but its harded than you think it is to migrate.

Now who is seriously thinking about migrating?
I am very disappointed that one of our very educated public figure head made a very insensitive remark that $600K a year is peanuts when my entire family fortune, including those of my grandparents and parents is less than 1/2 that amount. My family has tolled for more than 50 years in Singapore, paying taxes along the way to garner than 1/2 a peanut fortune. Yes 1/2 a PEANUT!
Also, does it mean that my brother served NS to protect something less worthy than a peanut???
Dam it!
Good that I am already making plans to get out of Singapore.

If you are not looking at migrating, think again. -
Too many people are emigrating to USA, creating an influx of asian immigrants and more foreign policies being enacted to protect their homeland citizens.
A green card is not difficult to get in US though.
No comments on australia - you'll be bored to death after a while though. -

"Peanuts" is a direct insult to my identity as a Singaporean, whatever is left of it anyway and to all the sweat and hardwork that my parents and grandparents had put in to contribute to what Singapore is today!! -

True, can be boring if you don't know how to spend your time or if you don't know where the best places are.
Take it from me, an ex-Singaporean, I migrated and never looked back. If you've never stayed abroad, don't listen to all the BS other people say. Try it for yourself and you'll probably find that the PAP smear party has been trying to pull the wool over your eyes and that Singapore is far from the utopia that your government wants to portray it as.
The best part? No more SAF100 asking me to go back and serve. I kissed the army GOODBYE! -
