  I don't think the proceedings of this case will affect NKF too much, since it's so short....most people are not too clever until the truth is placed in front of them.
  
  SPH shall really see whether they can counter-sue NKF and really dig up all their stuff....

  i think credit should be given to Ms Susan Long, 32, ST senior writer and
  author of the April 19 report, "The NKF: Controversially ahead of its
  time?".. and ST for having the guts to publish the article.
  
  since the contractor changed his statement, i dun think sph had much case against nkf.. so, smearing their name was the only way to force nkf into a settlement. and it worked!!

  He cahnged hsi statement? You mean he actually took the witness stand after all? So nobody asked him for gold taps?
