To defend in Tort, you have to prove a breach of duty leh. NKF with their huge reserves, can hire good lawyers to defend themselves mah.. after all, it's not so clear cut that there was a breach. Their good accountants will show the courts how all the money were "well-spent". If really there's going to be a civil suit, tink more donation $$ will go down the drain, into the lawyer's pockets.
somemore ask ppl to sign petition oso so difficult liao.. where got ppl so eng to file lawsuit.. unless got some tai-tai somewhere with too much $$ and nothing better to do.
bottomline is: Heng ah!! i neva donate to NKF before... orbi!! haha..
