Obviously these charities has done their market research and have found that audience for Channel 8 are more able and willing to donate.
Does this also means that Chinese speaking Singaporean are more generous and willing to donate than English speaking audience? Or does this means Chinese speaking Singaporeans are more gullible and will believe whatever they see on TV?
Conversely, does this mean that English speaking Singaporeans has no heart at all or is it because they have donated all their money to City Harvest and other similar organisations and have none left to donate to charity shows? Or is it because most of the civil servants, GLC, army, FT, MIW and other elites are mostly English speaking and they wouldn't believe all these 'wayang' shows anyway?
