  I think will not get summon so easily lah. The most is police ask you to hang properly.

  Since the gahmen even wants to control where/how/when we can hang the national flag (the people should have the right to hang the bloody flag whenever and wherever they want to, even burn it if they wish), I refuse to hang. Screw them.

  Its said, the more flags u see being hanged, the more Singapore is loved by its people, means less flags seen means low popularity.. this excludes some blocks forced to hang them by the RC..
  
  the flags cost $q0 last time, now dropped to $2+, alamak..

  It looks like most of forumites don't hang national flags. I also observe very few households are hanging flags.
  
  Will you ostracize someone who hangs the flag? Will you see him/her as patriotic or siao, nothing better to do?
