[b]Think i found a way to do it after some researching. U have to rip the audio file from a CD or convert a exisitng Wav file on your HDD to 16 bits 96KHZ Wav (usually the norm will be 16 bits 44KHZ wav). The key here is the KHZ. Then convert it to MP3 16 bits 96Khz to save space. Now this method is ONLY FOR THOSE HAVING 16 BIT SOUND CARDS.
U have to find a program which has the option of creating 96KHZ wavs and mp3s. Because 96 KHZ and above is DVD standard.....
The desired will be 16 Bits 192KBS 96KHZ mp3 = DVD quality mp3![/b]

My humble understanding only allow me to convert DVD audio CD > DVD quality mp3.
CD audio > near CD quality mp3/audio (Understand that once it is converted to mp3, thru compression, it is not CD quality anymore. However, still near CD quality)
Analog audio > digital quality mp3/audio
Analog audio > Thru professional systems > DVD quality
Example.
1)
VCD quality movie > DVD quality movie. Impossible!
I can convert VCD to DVD format. And burn into a DVD. But the quality is never DVD or near it. At least at this moment. It is still not possible.
Only a beta video/HD video source > HQ(High quality)DVD/analog format.
You cannot do it the other way round and expect the same result.
2)
RAW picture format > Loseless quality picture(tiff, psd, png)
Never in the whole world can you convert a jpg/gif > RAW quality
Further explaination.
600dpi res > 72dpi - high quality image possible.
72 dpi res > 300dpi - high quality image IMpossible!
I apologise if my knowledge is backdated. I wish to learn if there is a better method of having a minimal quality material and upgrade to a superior quality material.
