Singaporean TV dramas are hopeless

  i only liked those my fair princess... legend of condor heros.. tian long ba bu.. xiao au jiang hu.. fang shi yu.. xi you ji.. dong you ji.. and my date with a vampire etc.. i think none of them is sg one? lol.. and i never watch chinese serials at all now.. cuzz the cable for chinese shows here play extremely bad chinese shows..

  channel 8 is better...but they should stop producing family dramas with the actors/actress acting stupid. the most recent is the tong xin xuan where pierre png act so stupidly and keeps calling meirmaid mermaid....really cannot stand him.......if there is turn off of the year...he will make top of the list.....
  
  no doubt the actors/actresses are being very professional in acting out the roles.........definitely credit must be given to them.........but these roles are not doing any good to their image.......look at jeanatte aw....she had such a good future in this industry, earning the hearts of the old and young. but after she acted in holland village.....most of the people i knew will link her to that role where she acted like some retard........and definitely that is not a compliment.

  can they forget abt this charity big whooha........by the time they finish filming the serial, this charity story might have diminished. and when they telecast this drama on tv, everything will surface again.

  spending most time watching cable TV. but do follow First Mum, hope it has 2nd series. of course must follow some lcoal news, CNA news. local drama no longer can attractive me in 3 yrs ago. if there is competitive channel will be nice. too bad spore mkt is small can't afford 2hv 2diff. TV companies. now no more Mediawork...Cable TV loh.

  not tt i want to critisize him...but has any of his so-called movies made it to any international stage or gotten any big awards? N he still dares to call himself "Da Dao Yan"...then wat about tt guy who recently filmed "7 Swords"?
