If you do read the CDs cover sumtimes, there is this statement which prohibit you from broadcasting the music to the public, unless you got license or approval to do it.
Considering sgforums is also a profit making entity, the CD manufacturer might decide that the broadcasting the music is feature that will contribute to sgforums' revenue.
