I am using a 256MB Ram & a 64MB ram...everything. is working out fine for e past few months until last friday night..
when i on my pc, it show e followin screen:

We apologise for e inconvenience, but windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might hav caused tis.
If ur com stopped respondin, restarted unexpectedly, or was auto shut down to protect ur files n folders, choose last known gd configuration to revert to e most recent settin dat worked.
If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or because e power or reset button was pressed, or if u aren't sure wad caused e problem, choose start win normally.
> Safe mode
> Safe mode wif networkin
> Safe mode wif command prompt
> Last known gd configuration (ur most recent setting dat worked)
> Start win normally.

No matter which option I choose, it will still reboot and cums up to e same screen. Den I jus press and hold e power button until it shutdown.
Minutes later I switich it on, my screen was total blank, no screen at all. I try to tzke out e 256MB, it still cum back to e screen above, interswap to a 64MB, it still cum up 2 e same screen with same option.
Wad's wrong wif my com? motherboard crash?

Hi,
Have you verified where the problem lies (hardware, software, hard disk etc)?
My advice is buy a new hard disk and install windows. If the new hard disk can work, then the problem does not lie with the motherboard and you don't need to spend money on buying a new motherboard.
Furthermore, you still can try to recover some of the files in the old hard disk by transferring these files to the new hard disk. I have tried it before and managed to recover some important files. I hope it helps. -
Did u try using the window disc to reboot or format it?
The same thing happened to me, i tried everything but to no avail.
But i did pluck out the hd and used it on my new pc and its still usable, anyway thats my case. -
Wah... never try to format the hard disk or else every file will be gone forever...

Ok...i put e Win xp disc...den it....Show a screen:
Press any key to reboot from CD (Which I did)
A blue screen titled WIN Setup, below e screen, it show it is loading all e files, blah blah, blah.
Nxt screen,
Setup is starting windows:
Another blue screen title Win XP pro Setup
it shows e follwowing:

So there r 3 options ofr me to chose, Enter = continue, R = Repair, F3 = Quit
Me try F3 liao, does not work...keep reboot, n problem still exisit...so which 1 shd i chose...
