Inside here got 2 main categories of ppl. One category is very serious one. You can see from the length and content of their posting. The other category is tok c*ck sing song type when they just basically chit chat talk everything under the sun

I think the rule is to prevent ppl who register a new nick just to post banned pics or imitate someone like flooding the forums with irrelevant posting? With this rule it can slow down the new person doing damage to the forum if his intent is to flood ?
