depends if there are kids involved ..... me thinks should always think of the kids first ..... they are not responsible for anything ...

I was reading today The Straits Times H2 about the reported divorce cases in sg. I feel that both parties must really sit down and look into the problems; what cause it to happen, who, how to solve the problems before more 'damage' are being done. Worst still if kids are involve.

anyway.. i think that divorce works if really really really can't live with each other.. what's the point of struggling to live together..? and then again.. i feel that marriage is really an important decision made.. only get married if you are certain to have an everlasting marraige.. of being together.. -

for the man if you lost, you have to sell your HDB flat and share the earnings with your ex-wife, even if she didn't pay a SINGLE CENT for it.
...on top of that you STILL HAVE TO PAY for her and the kid's expenses, even though she might have an income.
not only the financial strain, there's also emotional hurts and heartaches. so divorce shouldn't be the solution at all. parties should try and work things out. -
