Hi guys, planning to join this organisation. Do you guys know if a degree holder could get a good pay at this place?..Also, how tough is the job?..Can u climb up the corporate ladder fast in this place?

Hello....I feel rather sorry nobody answered the original question seriously. Im sure the person asking this wanted some real advice.....so.....I'll answer this one seriously ok......I think if u really want to know about pay and career prospects, u have to talk directly with the people who can give u answers. I've never worked there, so I dont know. BUT, u should talk to the people who work there. There are many ways, like contacting ur seniors and friends' friends, u may find some. If not, u can always find some creative ways, including talking to their HR.

my army fren works there .. depend which dept u are posted to... be prepared to work from 8 am to 11 pm daily... paywise is not the best in the market ...depending which feild u r in .. fund management or facilities ,projectmanagement ... which discipline u r in ??? the highly sought after are fund manager

My fren is a Facailites Manager... according to him he is blasted by Mangement , Tenants , public everyday... the worst depr to go...the ones with prospect are fund manager..
But long working hours are not uncommon in our GLC, Ministry .... got one fren work in ST engg ..just as bad if not worse..... nowsaday they expect one person to take on 2 or 3 person jobs... that y most old timer either force to resign or evolve
Then again its all your luck its your bosses that matter and the connection u may have if u r a white horse -

CApitaland works on REITS its more sophisticated than your typical plant / building maintenence ba... I had a long talk with my fren during my ICT ... facilities management has been outsourced nowaday ...the works get tougher but pay lower... let me know which company has demand for FM pls
