i heard of fresh graduates working in companies like IBM's Consultancy firm and Accenture's Consulting firm putting in 10-12 hrs daily for pay of ard $2600 nett.
Sometimes it does matter on the type and nature of job.If the job does gurantee monetary returns like those financial consultant in banks, it might be worth the long hours, since we are young and able to take the damage.It will ultimately pay off when your promoted or pay the salary that commensurate your efforts. -
If capitaland pays its employee a bit low, I hope they make it up with their generous issues of stock options and bonus...If not I go work for Ascendas.
