but would you take this risk if you took the place of the education centre or if you were the parents of the pupils. how sure are you that he will or will not commit this offence again. maybe this time he might commit it within the school with some of the student who are minors.
on the other hand if he was a very good teacher are you assured that he might have some personal grudge against the education centre and do some action against them. whereas if he commited a more serious crime like robbery and was released on good behavior would that be better or worst than the following case. -
You just want someone to agree with you, then you'll stop, if not you'll just try to insist that that one way or another you're right.
