  btw, thermodynamics is about heat. Aerodynamics is about air. I can't imagine thermodynamics would dictate the front runner should be placed in the center. That is junk science. As to aerodynamics, they use aerodynamics by wearing better clothes and therefore reduce drag, that's all.
