But in terms of judging and execution, it'll be SI.
Just can't accept it that for Superstar, results are by votes. When the program just started, Quan Yi Feng always say this before the show ends, "Please vote for your favourite singer. Please don't let a talented singer get voted out of the competition because he/she lost by popularity." But after a few episodes, she stopped saying that, cuz that was what was happening! Better singers getting voted out cuz they were not that better looking.
Honestly, I don't think Weilian deserves to win this competition. Did he really win because he can sing? Imagine this: Weilian is not visually handicapped (I say visually handicapped cuz he is NOT blind) but sing just as well. Will he win? Everyone will say "yes" because he can sing. But will you all be voting for him cuz he can sing? Or will you all vote for someone who looks better?
Superstar contestant, the one with puppy eyes and teeth a bit crooked one (now in army. Weijian?). He looks cute (in a guys perspective) but I personally don't feel he sings better. Hagen sounds better than him but he got ousted out earlier.
Superstar is selected by the people. What is meant by "the people", the "majority".
1 person vote Weilian 100 times or 99 people vote Junyang 1 time each. So... the majority of "the people" voting to win is... Weilian?!
At least SI they attempted to salvage the situation. There were supposed to be 11 (?) finalist right? But the judges felt that one of the semi-finalist deserved to go ahead, so they added one more finalist, no? Whether it was a deliberate plot or not, I don't know, but on the psychological factor, they managed to win my heart over. but why was that guy Sly...I don't know... :/
Well... I'm not wacthing Superidols, Super MC (whatever you call that) Super campus, or Superband. I don't want to see any of those "the people's selection" thingy when everything just boils down to how much money you can spend on voting... I miss Asia Bagus... -
i thin it wud be good if Superstar and Idol is held on Alternate years.For example, Idol is held las yr, Superstar held this yr, Idol the nx yr, and Superstar the year after...so long and so forth...if we watch the same show evry year oso sian... mus watch diff competions den better mah

honestly, i feel the last singapore idol finalists all beh kua (cannot see).
project superstar finalists are eh kua (can see). They are better quality.
