  But no use one lah, I have seen couple of victims already from this company, the owner of the company will always say it is the economy no good or the employee not working. He is using this trick to delay salary payment and then use lawyer letter to get back. So far, employee can get the money thru the labour relation and after that case close then the lawyer letter come, what can MOM do. Practically nothing, it says that you breach the contract...ai...this is what they call 'fa liu lou dong' === loophole in law...

  Law itself is erect by human so naturally it do has its flaw but there is always a counter measure for every law loophole you find.
  As long as you believe in it, justice will prevail.
  Chinese has a saying, "Shan you shan bao, Er You Er Bao, Zi Si shi cheng wei dao"
