Ah-Hao sentence to DEATH.

His life is not enough to pay for what he has done.... should sentence him to life imprisonment and torture him instead
If he knows someone else is behind it.. he should have come clean with it in the first place.... but if he choses to play mind games with the authorities... thats it... he gotta pay for it.. with his life... but whatever that is... there's 100% proof that he killed HN.. and whether or not he's the mastermind.. he's still a murderer.... and should be punished big time.. but death penality is too ez on him liao... heh... just suffer for a min or 2 and leave this place... while that kid definately got really bashed up badly or something before she died..and the misery caused to the kid's family... and his own family...and everything else definately weighs more than his 1min of suffocation b4 death... -

There is also 100% proof that Sergeant Hu Enhuai died in the hands of Lieutenants Divya & Ng, but they got off with mere gentle slaps on their wrist because the prosecution failed to see any intent to kill on their part, which is true (since they were merely administering "torture training" and nothing else). Even if there was proof that Ah Hao had blood on his hands, was the motive to kill established? Even after the verdict has been passed down, questions still linger.

Somehow I find that life imprisonment is worse than death. I saw a pic of one of the inmates cell. It looks sooo.. OMG! I was told that, the suicidal tendency is very high among the new inmates and the officers have to keep an eye on you with extra care during the 1st three months.
My friend who has some old neighbours or friends who came out from the prison. He told me that they all looked very stoned, like very slow in response. He said that he cannot imagine how these ppl going to start a new normal life. -

perhaps innocent until proven guilty in name, but at the way we're doing things its definitely guilty until proven innocent in action.
We're juz living in a big cell here, nothing'll surprise me anymore.

It's indeed strange as initially when Huang Na was reported missing, the mother actually claimed she had recurring dreams that Huang Na was in a forest which turned out to be true as her body was subsequently discovered near a wooded area!
And immediately they got the money from the funeral, both the woman and China man went back to China and bought lots of new furniture and electrical appliances for their house there...If you've lost a daughter, would you go on a spending spree?
but even if ah hao tell the truth now, the judges wun believe him and would think that he made it up to avoid death sentence...
i think ah hao has 5 statements, each is a different story... even if now he tel is really the TRUTH, who would believe... life is juz unfair man !! -

and of all someone had teaches ah hao's parents how to appeal further thru higher authority and president.. etc..
if the Law or etc believe ah hao is guilty wouldn't be so free to suggest so much... rite ?
and worst maybe ah hao has been blackmailed ? etc ??

psycho or not....under the McNaughten Rules, as long as he knows that he was trying to kill Huang Na and that killing was wrong, he would be deemed to be mentally culpable for his action.

How do we feel about this?
