Why young Chinese Sporean not worshipping their ancestor?

According to Chinese tradition, filial piety (xiaodao) was the primary duty of all Chinese, but why more and more young Chinese Singaporean are not worshipping their ancestors?

Why must worship? Not paying respects meh?
I rather u pay respects than to worship. By the way, we may use the term 'ancestor worship', but i see it more like paying respects. -

You dont need to pray to your ancestors to show you are fillial. Its just a tradition.

Ancestor worship is religious stuff? U can consider that, its under a category called Chinese folklore
Anyway, Chinese religions is a mixture of Buddhism, Taoism and folklore... -
i respect my ancestors but i don't worship them cause i'm not taoist. btw its a purely TAOIST practise to worship ancestors, it has NOTHING to do with CHINESE culture or tradition.
