customer service got improve bo?

after LHL speak about customer service in singapore.
i really feel very uneasy but it a good sight , i just need more time to get use.
call starhub about my MOL connection, the operator over the phone , used 10+* yes, sir ~, 10+ *sori sir~, 8 time* i check for you , sori to keep you waiting~
...i feel like i scared a rat
go to FILA shop.... hmm..do you have black colour on this shirt? actually i really ask ask only.
the shop girl ask other girl and search the store up side down..call 3 outlet to confirm got stock or not. if i want , other outlet can hold for me.
...omg.
eat my lunch at Airport T2, fish&co.
all waiter like very high..keep smiling and hopping around.
*how you find our food? anything we need to improve to serve you better?
when i ready to go, even got one waiter chiong infront of me to open the door for me *like the door spoilt and very hard to open

not really le.. few days ago.. i called this "xyz" company to enquiry abt some of their services.. all the lady can say is: "you can check our website"... i was like -_-''.. "ya i tried but ur website is down if not i won't be calling you.. and wat's wrong with asking for enquiry thru phone....." and at the end of the conversation.. she still tell me that to know more.. everything is explained in the website.. -_-''' i think sooner or later we will be talking to the pc for enquiries..
