Rude officer at airport

Sunday, my gf and I went to airport terminal 1. however, I encountered one incident which made me very sick before leaving for taipei. I would like to know where I can complain.
At 11:25pm Sunday, we were about to enter the terminal 1 west gate (before immigration where officer check your passport & boarding pass). In front of us, there were two ladies. We thought that they were either indonesians or philipinos.
One young officer was stationed at the gate. He instructed one to go for baggage scan while another one can go directly to immigration counter. These two ladies either didn't understand or just wondered why both of them had to split up. They were hesitated.
Immediately, the officer shouted at them. 'you go there (point at the scanner direction while look at one of the ladies) and you go there (point at the immigration counter when looking at another)'. I felt that it was very rude.
Where was Singaporean's service attitude? I bet an expensive peanut that he would not have shouted if these 2 were westerners.
how to complain this offider? and he is racist. -
people needs to be shouted at to WAKE UP~!!

Ya lor, their salary from our taxes better be more polite, idun think it was the shouting that got the ladies moving, it was the hand signals, so why did he shout? i suggest u write to strait times and newpaper forums.write in with the date and time n gate plus general description of that moron so they can find the person on duty that day. This type of guy deserve to stay at that job for life.

actually i had my share of bad experience with officers too. i was home from trip to hongkong and upon collecting my stuff the officer wanted me to do the scan. after the scan i thought i could go but he asked a really funny question... 'do u have any cigarettes in ur luggage?' i was like... hello u just did the scan and u r asking if i have something in my lugguage... anyway i told him no but he still opened my lugguage to do a check.
in a way he's efficient but in another he's just doing a redundant check which delayed my time. -

think about this, he has to deal with lotsa people and passengers daily.. and if everyone affords to be blur and unable to have a sense of direction.. then everyone can jolly well miss their flights.
also, if they don't understand, why queue up in the first place?? Q-ing up for something you don't know? -
Its his job to guide people along, Politely. At least i assume so. Like i said, having a bad day is no excuse. Having a bad day might be some justification, but at the end of the day, the fact is that he screwed up.
I can understand tourists being confused. They probably just know to queue up to get their passports stamped etc. How are they supposed to know the exact procedure? Try going to a place where nobody speaks/reads english and chinese. Now try to manouver your luggage around all the bearucrats. -
these people are everywhere.
it is especially evident at the market and hawkers centres. see how vendors treat foreign labour. -

Australia custom and japan custom are at 2 extreme.
japan custom very nice and polite. if they need you to take off your shoe as you cannot pass the metal detector, they will politely ask you and give you slippers to wait. They will bring your bags & shoes to the entrance for re-scan.
Contrary to this, australia custom is the worst i have ever seen. this is part of the reason that i don't want to retire in australia. They treat people like pigs.
yes, i understand that they want to make sure everything is safe but there is a polite way to do it instead of rude way..
