Rude officer at airport

Sunday, my gf and I went to airport terminal 1. however, I encountered one incident which made me very sick before leaving for taipei. I would like to know where I can complain.
At 11:25pm Sunday, we were about to enter the terminal 1 west gate (before immigration where officer check your passport & boarding pass). In front of us, there were two ladies. We thought that they were either indonesians or philipinos.
One young officer was stationed at the gate. He instructed one to go for baggage scan while another one can go directly to immigration counter. These two ladies either didn't understand or just wondered why both of them had to split up. They were hesitated.
Immediately, the officer shouted at them. '[b]you go there (point at the scanner direction while look at one of the ladies) and you go there (point at the immigration counter when looking at another)'. I felt that it was very rude.
Where was Singaporean's service attitude? I bet an expensive peanut that he would not have shouted if these 2 were westerners.
how to complain this offider? and he is racist.

You have to go to the airport to lodge a complaint about the airport. How cool is that?

CAAS is the gov authority that manages the airport. hm.. that person could be immigration officer or jus police officer... tat im not sure. my bet is that the complaint about that person will passed on to the relevant authority that hires the officer.
nothin much could be done actually... this is a rather minor case. i seen and encountered worse cases and nothing seems to be done. -

Most Singaporeans very rude and impolite ones! It's the fact!
Especially those in service sector! It's like they are forced to smile to their customers! -
Come on its juz a small matter... Lotsa immigration officers overseas ain that friendly either, nor do they provide good service... Many of them throw my passport back at me, but I still gotta meekly smile at them and say thank you, u can't help it

Australia custom and japan custom are at 2 extreme.
japan custom very nice and polite. if they need you to take off your shoe as you cannot pass the metal detector, they will politely ask you and give you slippers to wait. They will bring your bags & shoes to the entrance for re-scan.
Contrary to this, australia custom is the worst i have ever seen. this is part of the reason that i don't want to retire in australia. They treat people like pigs.
yes, i understand that they want to make sure everything is safe but there is a polite way to do it instead of rude way.. -
