SNAPP posted an article which postulates that bosses who seek to control their employees' every nanosecond at work will only kill motivation and stress staff.
alvinaloy agrees.
A boss who micro-manages an employee has the makings of a poor leader, he says.
'A manager is a leader. And good leaders delegate.'
jayan, however, says there is a difference 'between being a leader and a manager', because having the ability to manage is not necessarily the same as having the ability to lead.
