Some people were sent to DB

Sending people into DB just because they never go for their RT on saturday, what ammo base managment coming to. Yesterday i just saw a friend of mine, being hand curff and send to DB for 8 days. Although it's not very long, just think about the record he will have next time after NS when he's looking for a job.

During my NSF time, my sergeant got charge by our OC to 10 days DB. You want to know the reason?
It’s CO night, everyone left the camp at 5pm, 45 minutes earlier than our usual evening fallout timing but it’s official and go attend the party. My Sergeant switch off his pager that evening and havoc.
The next day morning, OC charge him. Because that evening some idiot from another camp just so happen to come at 5:30pm to send in an armor vehicle but my Sergeant could not be contacted by the COS on duty that evening to sign the vehicle because he switched off his pager. And since my Sergeant is the only one in the whole unit to be qualified to check and sign in the armor vehicle, he is screwed.
BTW, forget to add. That evening my sergeant is not the only one in our unit who switch off his pager. In fact, according to the COS who later revealed to us. He tried to call the CSM, PS and OC, KNN all are non-contactable for the whole evening. But only the sergeant got the stick simply because he is supposed to be the only guy capable to do that job but is un-contactable.

u go to work, u have to follow co. rules, or u might be sacked

The IPPT/RT defaulter thingy work this way.
First time default: charge and pay fine of $50
Second time:charge and fine $100
Third time: DB
I believe this has being told to each and every NSmen since i was brief on this during a in camp training.If u lan lan have to report back(whether u like it or not) for IPPT or RT,u jolly well just go back lor,what 4 challenge the system dun go back then get charge.And somemore already kenna ample warning when charged previous 2 times. -
