My boss...like to come up with new ideas... then i carry it out according to wat he wants.... and when its not getting the results... he will goes " Ur campaign dun seems to be working?"
well...its his idea..but when things goes wrong.. he say until macham my idea... of cos i will remind him that..the idea is him. Cos i dun like when things goes wrong... he point fingers at me...when i'm not the one responsible... i dun mind if he say "our idea" not working.... or somethin like that" but if he say.."your idea dun seems to be doin well"... i will gladly remind him,... i'll still stand my ground...my character is lidat... if i make mistake or misjudgement...i be responsible of it.. but if someone tries to shift responsibilities to me for things not under me... I'll hit back.
I dun like to act apologetic and accept all s.hit just to suck up the boss. -

Hmm.........."talk back" sounds like challenging him/her. Okay, maybe I'm narrow or old fashioned but I will say, I dare to "reason" with my boss. But again, it's quite an individual thing. Some bosses have open door policy and can accept "stand ups" by their subordinates. I guess it is because they believe the intend was well-meant and was not meant to cause a stir or unrest.
For the bosses who can't accept independent thinkers, well, either they feel challenged or insecure. Or has allow power to creep up to their brains. -
