Must see how lah. If talk back boss boss say u no need work anymore then more cham rite? For money sake must endure... if cannot endure already at least secure another job before you leashed out all your not happy feelings to your boss lor. Sometimes we no talk back to boss is not we scared, it is being realistic
Btw, sometimes talk back to boss may mean stay back longer then can go home. Usually verdict is boss win so in the first place why bother ? -

esp when they are idiotic, unreasonable, ridiculous....
once my boss yelled at me, insisted i do redo some stuff he told me to do, w/in 3hrs and yet not knowing wat to REDO... just change everything, to what? he dunnoe.... and tat's cos he quarreled with wife.... he's beyond reasoning so i took bag wanna leave....
end up we had a talk in his office... 1st qns he ask, "u have anything to say to me?" "yes... your attitude is TERRIBLE!"

When you all say boss u all mean the person who is the one giving you salary every month or he/she is just a manager also take salary from company? Those manager are the worst. They also same as us take salary must scold other ppl. Everyone also take salary ppl why so jialat rite?
If boss is one who give you your salary then he scold you is 'justified' but for those manager I think they over-estimate themselves -
everytime he opens his mouth, we HAVE to talk back..
he makes the Pointy-Haired boss in Dilbert look like a dream boss.. -

1) I argued with them
2) Opposed their ideas and opinions
3) Told them to take the job and shove it
Now, I'm my own boss, and I encourage my employees to counter my ideas and proposals for better creativity and productivity. -
