  this is rubbish lah. how can anyone control what's on the net.. if i create an angelfire website that contains libelous or copyrighted material, who is going to stop me? the most that person can do is to inform lycos to put the site down... thats all. Same thing applies here, you don't like what you see, tell the mods there and they'll take it down for you. the judge had truely underestimaed the power of the net... or overestimated the control site owners have.
