not juz exit stamps here, but everywhere else, check that the counter staff does his job -

if i go JB alone just to pump petrol or buy ramly burger ... i will stop by the side to make sure i got the exit stamp ...
if i go JB with my friends ... ill make sure they check every passport while i slowly drive off ...

next time just drive in and see what happen lor ... there is nothing you can do now also ...

malaysian custom always assume that they gave u the entrance/exit stamp... so in the end they always make an ass out of u n me...

You should have pay the RM2.60 and move on. Btw, this is your own fault not ensuring the exit stamp.
Once I took my friend car into Malaysia via Tuas checkpoint to KL. He have a couple of brand new T-shirts(still Wrap in plastic) in the car boot. Cut story short, three JB custom officers ask for tax told us to pay RM280. My friend don't know what to do. Cut story short, I bring one officer to the side and ask him whether I can settle with him. He pull me to the side which is about 100m away from the camera and we bargain/negociated there. At the end we settle at RM100. And I still have to "Terimaksih Bang" and smile If money can solve the problem than it is a small problem. You are blessed....
Until now I still don't compliant about JB cutom because it is how it has been operating long time ago. When we are at other countries we have to adapt to their custom and life. We cannot compare with Singapore and apply Singapore rules.It just doesn't work and you make yourself a laughing stock. Malaysia is not the worse. Try Philippines and Indonesia etc..... -

Last Sunday went Jurong East Shawn to catch a movie, pay $19 and that lady throw the tickets on the counter, not even push or hand towards me. I still say thank you to her and smile. My gf so angry, and I told her to cold down and just move on. U see, there are alot of unpolite people around. So if we were to "tulan" every now and than, we can get high blood easily. Just smile and move on.....Don't spoil your day because of there rude people.
