  doesnt make any sense to me leh.. turn 1 big round then go to east coast/marine parade areas. people living thr going to north/west or people from north/west coming into that area would rather take bus loh!
  
  and looking at the complex routes, just how many space has we got left in the city area to dug with?! its impossible to dig a few more stations from there.

  its stupid anyhow.
  
  if we had that many lines less people would be taking the current 4 mrt lines. if we have less people taking the current 4 lines, they would increase the time it takes for the train to come.
  
  also they'll be making less (same number of commuters, higher cost) and the prices would go higher.
  
  anyway by the time they actually implement all that singapore woulda changed again. maybe whole island get wipped out by tsunami lol. besides they ought have better technology by then and mrts would be like that crap malaysian train.
