What i hope to see is not for racists to write their stuffs in pen and paper and store it in paper form.
What we should do is not JUST stop them, but to find out more.
No point forcing racists back to paper and pen , cause no matter what medium they have , they will still use it to hate the other races.
what im proposing is a scheme , to slowly confront them , not with the reporters , but with the counsellors.
1 by 1 identify them through their blogs , slowly advise them to take it down.
There might be more then 3 racists in Singapore.
by catching 3 racists , it means that there will be less racist postings on internet.
THEN AGAIN , their hatred will still be there.

The real problem is that within them , they have got the animousity to dislike people , so if you catch 3 of them , you stop the racists effectively from writing anything more.

You can CONTROL THE OUTPUT.
but not the input and what's goes on internally.
The key is , what' goes into the input and what happens internally is definitely much more important then the output -
Take a computer for example.
You put a corrupted cd file in , computer becomes corrupted , give out corrupted file.
You find fault with the computer for OUTPUT problems .
But the problem is that the singapore education system , which is the input , isn't do anything well.
Still doesn't solve the problem with the computer.
The corrupted cd file might not be able to be controlled , but the prevention of the computer to become corrupted definitely can be controlled.
Lastly , these bloggers have went through singapore education system.
