Punggol 21 - big vision ,big plan but for whom?

  A TOWN WITH THREE RIVERS
  
  A new 'river' will be created between Coney Island and the mainland
  
  With this, Punggol will be a unique town with three rivers
  
  Waterfrontage along the rivers and coast increased to 15km
  
  The new 'river' can be used
  - For recreation eg. canoeing
  
  - As venues for celebration, eg. dragon boat racing
  
  River town HDB indeed!.....how about kelong HDB?

  High value because of the surrounding nature? But think man Punggol will fetch a even higher price than Bukit TImah if Punggol 21 project is completed.
  
  Why? Because of NEL MRT and LRT there. linking straight to harbourfront, cityhall, ect.
