What happens you reach the stage whereby you cannot stand ur job and u are dragging urself everyday to work... will u pple quit even at the expense of not getting another new job?

that depend on if i hav enuff saving and if i can get a job soon. If not i just tolerate with it until I found a new one

I dun look back at the deicision i made...I just look forward. So there is nothing to regret about. Markets r not the same as last time. It usually take a few weeks for a interview and a few months to secure a job. Dun be too dishearted. I been through worse than that but i still survive. Sometime its easy to make a comment like this. But if u r really in that suituation, u might do the same as her.

the reason is, companies cant wait one month for you... upon tendering u still have to give a month notice... thats' one of the reason i quit before i gotten another job.........

If you have a family, and a house and a car to pay for, then i'm sorry, you'll have to stick to this job since it's paying so well for you to afford all those.
However, if you feel that there's a better aspect somewhere, then leave.

Please consider your current age and chances that you may be employed.
Some "future" employers really look into why you leave your previous job seriously...

Actually, the pay aside, if there's no enjoyment working in the company (eg. hate the policy, disorganized, f-ed up colleagues, too much workload), then quit, chances are, you wont last long/climb far in this kind of environment.
Have you handed in your resignation already? People around you do show their true colors when they know you're about to quit, give half-assed pieces of work...attitude problem..etc. -
