actually...got stories millionaires...especially IT people quitting their job cos they dont have meaningful experience..
some people are not motivated by money....got many things as well. Money is used as a quick fix only. But the underlying cause of some people's motivation is deeper than that. -

If got family, child, house or car loan and expenditure I doubt a person will quit so immediately. It is only for those who have lesser commitment that will take the plunge.
Of cuz since now modern economy is going toward contract based job, I guess above mindset really got to change. And most likely ppl will spend very carefully and commit a big loan of money only when absolutely necessary
