  I am thinking of starting a forum exactly like this, in other words a clone. The greatest clone ever made. A clone of a whole forum but with
  
  1) free avartar
  2) more features
  3) totally free, not pay a single cent

  Ok, first of all you need a host that lets you use their webspace for free. Once you sourced for the above, I give you step 2.
